Now, having faced it and practice makes perfect (or rather concious and critical practice makes perfect).....I'm one step ahead again. One step at a time... make small ones at the outset. You've got it in you to build a bridge to the life you want. I'm behind you. We all are! Twenty Ten is going to be such an awesome year... it has been so far :)) Be strong and successful. - Eu também não conheço ninguém muito "de perto". Vi alguns vídeos inspiradores da Lilou e falei com algumas pessoas.
Em relação aos objectivos... nunca fiz uma season, fiz uma vez de 30 dias, e agora tenho os meus objectivos ao mês.
Acho que o que ajuda muito é a motivar... para fazer todos os dias algo para nos manter no caminho do que desejamos.
Já vi alguns portugueses por aqui, mas não passam por aqui todos os dias... ou com regularidade... se o fazem... não sei!! Eheheheh
Eu sou coach e EFT practitioner, e também vou trabalhando em mim TODOS os dias.
Adoro inspirar as pessoas e estou a encontrar novas formas de o fazer!
Gosto desta comunidade por ter muitas pessoas interessadas em aumentar o amor por si!
