tonight i am going to pass my exam at college, i will stay positive all day

This is my 1st day of my 1st season im going to keep a positive mindset, listen to some guided meditation every nite as i fall asleep, and gradualy increase my activity as i get a better understanding, good luck to you all, if anybody wants to thow some hint and tips at me feel free they will be gratefully taken on, thanks :)

Jensine said… - Its very easy to get caught up in "life" isn't it? I did a huge amount of intending, meditating etc. to get things like a home for Lucy and I, a new car etc.. and when they all came I found myself so caught up in it all that I forgot to realise that I created it all and that I should be enjoying it!!!!
But I'm back, and no doubt I'll drift again, but some people go their whole lives unconscious I think so any effort is to be commended!
At least thats what I tell myself;-)
