and had to set up a meditation class tonight. It was good of him to do it. One reason I value his input, is his understanding of Feng Shui in th set up of a room. (I'm guilty of valuing / hating th piles of nameless junk that clutter my space, but I'm so used to them, i just walk round them like they don't exist.)

Was pretty cool, really. I just did th publicity (which some said drew them in :-), minded reception for th odd few minutes, and led a meditation session.
I stayed much longer than i should've, folk were so friendly and welcoming. It felt so good to be involved with something like that. I haven't led a med session for ages - i used to do 2/7 at th hospice. I do miss that opportunity to share some peace of mind. (is that another hint i'm getting?..i need… Continue
