About Me:
I am a child of the Universe committed to being an Ambassador of LOVE! Ever since I was young I knew that I was meant to travel the world, meet my brothers and sisters and spread the message of love! I am now fulfilling on this mission in many different ways including right here, virtually, in cyberspace!

I am a co-founder of CoCreating Our Reality and The 100-Day Reality Challenge. This amazing global community of people committed to conciously cocreating a world that honors who they are and supports them as they discover and fulfill on their souls purpose and highest vision for their life!

I own I Shine Inc, a multi-media company thats mission is to generate the conversation of love around the world through books, music, speaking, TV, film and the web. We believe when people know they are loved...Anything is Possible!

I am New York Times Best Selling author of my first book, I Love You More. It was an answer to a prayer-complete Divine Inspiration-and is a beautiful message of love expressed between a mother and child. It can also be read as an exchange between Creator and child. I am blessed to be the one to bring this book and its message into the world. I am working on my 2nd book now with my publisher Sourcebooks Jabberwocky. You can find out more at: www.HippieandTheBaldChick.com

I am a singer/songwriter...this project continues to develop.

And...FYI...after losing all of my hair at the age of 11 to a condition called Alopecia Areata and wearing wigs for 19 years...I finally decided to set myself and my wigs free and became...The Bald Chick. Who knew that losing my hair would be the experience that would teach me valuable lessons about love, compassion and understanding for humanity and finally the lessons of learning to love myself and let others love me. What a journey...truly our biggest challenges become our biggest blessings!

Have a bright and blessed lifetime!

Perfect! Day 30 of 30 Day Apprectiation Challenge Day 1 of 100

Posted on August 20, 2009 at 10:21pm 0 Comments

Today was Day 30 of Abrahams 30 Day Appreciation Challenge. It was wonderful---I really like that its become more of a ritual than a habit--a distinction Brian Johnson shared in Philosopher's notes recently. It was no nice to wake up, exercise, meditate, eat something wonderful and journal my appreciation. I had some amazing dreams--but none quite as powerful as the 1st evening. I am grateful for my mini-challenge and look forward to continuing this practice!

Day 7 30 Day Appreciation Challenge

Posted on July 28, 2009 at 4:13pm 0 Comments

What a wonder-full week filled with love and gratitude and some really great dreams! The practice of appreciation in the AM and Evening has really been easy. It's also got me up and exercising each day and thinking about what I am eating every morning. I've been adding more fruit to my daily diet and it tastes so good. It's making me less tolerant of white sugar and sweets and craving more the natural goodness of fruits and veggies. I *love* it! I've been resisting getting up at sunrise and… Continue

Hello CoCreators!

I have an incredible share about my 1st day participating in the 30-Day Appreciation Challenge but 1st I want to "clean-up" that I haven't been here in awhile and that I haven't participated in this community in a powerful way. I have been looking at the experience of resisitence--one of the things I'm looking at is...is resistence "bad". Last week, I was resisting driving to meet a friend in Boca Raton (about 1/2 hour away for coffee). I finally had to call her to tell… Continue

Here it goes! Its about 5 pages long, so here are fragments I feel you might enjoy...

...When you dream about something, it is always a match to the thoughts that you have been thinking. And so, each of your dreams is, in fact, your creation. It is impossible for you to dream about anything that you have not created through your thoughts.

The essence of the way you feel aobut the things you think about most will eventually manifest in your real-life experience--- but it takes even less time and attention for it to manifest in your dream state. and for that reason, your dreams can be of immense value in helping you understand what you are in the process of creating in your awake state. If you are in the process of creating something you don't want, it would be easier to change the direction of your thoughts BEFORE it manifests than waiting to change yoiur thoughts AFTER it manifests.

The process for evaluating dreams is as follows: As you go to bed, consciously acknowledge that your dreams accurately reflect your thoughts. Say to yourself, it is my intention to rest well and to awaken refreshed. and if ther eis anything important for me to recall from my dream state, i will recall it when i awaken.

then, as you awaken, before you get up, lie ther efor a few minutes and ask yourself, Do I remember anything from my dream state? ... And as you begin to recall one of your dreams, relax and try to remember how you felt during the dream sequence, for recalling your emotions will give you even more important information than recalling the details of your dream.

You must give significant attention to any subject for it to become powerful enough to manifest in your experience. and quite a bit of attention must also be given to a subject before it will begin to show up in your dream state. for that reason, your more meaningful dreams are always accompanied by strong emotion,. the emotion may feel good or bad---but it will always be stong enough so that you will recognize the feeling.

.....

as soon as you begin to understand that you rdreams are wonderful reflections of how you really feel and what you are creating, then you can begin to deliberately chang eyour thoughts in order to positively affect your dreams. and as soon as you receive the positive dream, you will know that you are on the path of a more positive real-life manifestation.
