- my name is Beth. I live in Colorado with my husband and our bliss pooch, Hazelnut and cosmic kitty Tonka. I work at a local family-owned natural food store and do massage 'on the side', plus have recently started sewing yoga mat bags which promises to be another fun & exciting side-job. I love meditation on the beauty of nature, anything outdoorsy (hiking, biking, skiing, hot-springing, doing cartwheels in the grass), soaking up the sun's nurturing rays, organic gardening, yoga, music, dance, reading, spinning poi, making yummy raw food dishes to share with loved ones... ... ... my husband & i are currently addicted to Stargate, Battlestar Galactica & Heroes(well, i am, my husband thinks it went wonky this season ;) ~ other than that i don't do much television watching... i love singing, board games, crossword puzzles, sudoku, playing piano, strummin' on the guitar, African drumming, connecting with people, movies that make me laugh until i cry, anything that makes me laugh, really...
I love life & am learning to be kind with myself throughout my journey, seeking balance in movement & stillness and planting seeds of the conscious co-creation of a bright and blissful future for ALL
