After so many days of snow, rain and gray skies, the sun is out and shining! Happy Spring everyone!

I've been listening to iTunes playing The Secret (book) and Louise Hay so much lately, hoping to have it sink into my subconscious. I've been listening to the audio books at work with my headphones. The Power of Positive Thinking, The Secret, 101 Power Thoughts and several more by Louise Hay. And about a week ago, I played this hypnosis cd a few times.

A few weeks before I started my 100 day challenge, I took an afternoon to attend a workshop in regards to organizing your life in 2008. A co-worker offered something he thought I could use. I said a polite no thank you. Another co-worker offered to let me listen to some audio books he has. I didn't say no, but I didn't accept either.

I remembered someone told me once, when someone offers something to them, they say Yes because they soon find someone else who wants it and they pass it along to them.
