I cam accross a few websites yesterday discussing neurolgical re-patterning and thought it was fascinating and wanted to share!....it leads on from how easily ive been finding gratitude now im just doing it whenever i can as opposed to feeling that i have to log it in a gratitude journal - neurological re-patterning is also a very simple and easy technique you can have fun with wherever and whenever!
So far ive had a pretty balanced week, but feeling pretty darn good!

So i think i've finally mastered my gratitude, basically whenever im walking anywhere; to and from work, visiting the toilet or doing anything where i dont really have anything to thnk about - i start listing all of the things i have to be grateful for! This has worked so much better for me than trying to write everything down first thing or last thing at night as i easily forgot to do it! But now i find i'm being grateful at least 5 times a day!
