About Me:
Have been a huge believer of LOA for quite some time however i have an awful habit of not practising what i preach, so am hoping the 100 day challenge will help me stay focused on me and my goals!

I want to get to a place where positivity, gratitude and living the LOA comes so naturally to me - it becomes second nature. Once i've mastered this my aim will then be to help others master this also! Ultimately i'd love to open a holistic centre where people can come and learn, heal, and embark on a journey!

I will manifest a new job which I am incredibly happy with, for a great salary and in an ideal location
I will enhance and develop a deeper and more loving relationship with my boyfriend
I will attain my dream body though healthy eating and light exercise

I will determine and decide on future life goals and and aim to which I want to achieve
I will start working on a book which i've always wanted to write

Day 21

So far ive had a pretty balanced week, but feeling pretty darn good!

A few weeks ago, i'd got myself into such a state because what i thought i wanted to do, and what i had been working so hard on for ages, suddenly didnt feel 'right' and i felt so disheartened. I thought - actually i knew i wanted to be a holistic therapist, to help others heal, grow and learn and was utterley passionate about this. So i think i've finally mastered my gratitude, basically whenever im walking anywhere; to and from work, visiting the toilet or doing anything where i dont really have anything to thnk about - i start listing all of the things i have to be grateful for! This has worked so much better for me than trying to write everything down first thing or last thing at night as i easily forgot to do it! But now i find i'm being grateful at least 5 times a day! Which really does lighten your mood…
