People were not keeping their word, things didn't feel like they were coming any more.So now, I am having a pitty party and I do not know how to get back on the wagon. Can anyone help me? I want so badly to get out of this rutt.…See More

Yesterday was extremely hard for my physically. I was just dog tired. So I didn't go to work and literally slep all day. Boy that felt good. I got up in the evening, did my walk, mediatated during my walk, while listening to energizing affirmations on my Ipod- that felt good. Of course you know I couldn't sleep last night because I slept all day. The cycle continues. Today, my head keeps spinning. Pressure is fine, not dehydrated. I don't know what it is but I have too many patients on my… Continue
All I need to acheive is in inside of me. I meet my walking group at 9 am. Then I meet my Science of mind group at 10am for a spiritual workshop. After that I will start putting my board together. I am so excited.
I have somewhat organized the visuals needed for my board. I have been keeping up with my walking exercises. You should have seen me and my 7 yo neice and 2.5 yo nephew working out last night. Too funny, so much that the 6 mo old neice laughed the entire time, all gums. Anyway, I am ready to excell. I believe, I acheive, and so it is.
I have been gathering my materials for my meditations, vision board, and work outs. I am powerful and mighty. I have everything within me to excell. And so it is.
