I am thrilled to hear you will be starting your challenge on March 1st. Regarding meditation and other practices i will be starting them in my day one video. but there is no rules here. this is what i like to do: set my intentions, goals and practices on day 1. Today is my day 100 of season 7!!! Loved it. it was very powerful. So today i am going to do a video for day 100 and list all manifestations and insights! Again, it has been wonderful.
IN season 8 i will meditation for 15 minutes each day (or walk at lunch time for 15 minutes if i do not meditation - which is also a sort of meditation) and also participate in the 90 day credit challenge to boost my finances..i can see you are part of the group already!
