Today is Day17 of my 100 day create my own reality challenge. My goal is to honor my body and trust the signals it sends, and by doing so become a thinner version of me.
Yesterday to support this goal I....

2. started painting a large mural (this is very physical in the early stages)
3. got a fantastic night's sleep
4. journalled about my success
5. listened to PM's Overnight… Continue

1. Living by your values allows you to become a positive source of inspiration for others. Don’t hide – express yourself and embrace life without reservation. By simply being yourself, you can help the people in your life see how one person can make a difference by being a living example of consciousness.
2. When you communicate your views, do so casually and in a non-dogmatic manner. Allow the people you speak with to ask questions. Offer only as much information as they are ready… Continue

Well, it's my 10th. Again...I'm writing the morning after my day. My good ol' sinuses have been knocking me out at night!
Anyways, it couldn't be more clear I want I NEED and what I WANT. What I really want right now is to focus on my well-being and find love. It couldn't be more obvious. I mean, even my quote on my profile says "the first wealth is health." Helllllo, Jessica!!!!
Another thing, when I picked two cards yesterday from my Well-Being Cars, I picked… Continue

We are setting examples for our children. We must set the best possible example we can. Whatever good things we feed them, this will nourish them through life. We must supply the earth in order for them to grow and branch out and bloom. We must quench their thirst and shelter them from the storms...Our children are precious little seeds that need our care and guidance...and when they are in their most beautiful bloom, their life filled with colour and vibrancy, they will be happy. Much love to… Continue

Make up your mind that nothing is more important than how I feel now, because now is everything. Now is the whole enchilada. Now is the power of me. Now, now, now, now, now… You might as well start somewhere, and it might as well be now. Why not start improving your life now, now, now?

This is the book I am reading today, it really stresses the power of setting your mind on one thing (focus) which helps builds energy upon what you desire.
Today has been a rather casual day, but I was allowed to do some thinking in the morning and I felt sooo grateful for everything presented to me in life... that I truly did feel like a princess with high quality things in her life (after all, life itself is high in… Continue

The Real "Secret" is to Take Action
By Cornelis Boertjens

What an exciting time do we live in right now! It used to be regarded as “weird” or “airy fairy” to talk about vibrational energy, Law of Attraction and your thoughts becoming things.
But this is rapidly changing due to movies like “What… Continue

Season 1 Day 14
Today was a good day. I had lunch with a very special person today. I actually finished the piece of the project I was working on ontime and I even cooked a great meal tonight (my own kabobs). I still fell a bit today but at the end of the day everything turned out wonderful and I have a great outlook on life. I love life and I love myself.

I'm extremely grateful for my friends. I can always rely on them and they came into my life so easily. And this weekend I have some awesome plans with them which will start in about half an hour and includes Superbowl Sunday. I'm really looking forward to this weekend, I know I'll laugh and smile a lot. So I'm just going to let everything happen, go with the flow, and enjoy it. And I hope that I can continue to go with a positive flow when the weekend is over as well.

I joined because I thought this group was about challenging the idea of the Law of Attraction, to find out if it worked.
I liked that idea - like a group experiment. So in October 2007 I began, bought the book, CD, DVD - I challenged the Law of Attraction in 200 days. It didn't work for me. I have gotten to know more of the participants and it seems to me that the huge majority arrive and join the group wanting to believe that The Law of Attraction does work, rather than thinking… Continue

Here’s How HUB Provides “Total Package Giving”
Many humanitarian organizations focus on providing food and water to those in need. Some focus on education. Some focus on micro-loans.
These are all noble endeavors, of course. However, Humanity Unites Brilliance (HUB) understands that to effectively lead people from a state of survival, to self-empowerment, to self-sustainability, that a combination of giving from all four of those areas is necessary.
HUB = Total… Continue

First I want to give a great big hug to all those that commented on the blog posts, my page or even sent me a personal email. Yesterday I hit a bottom that actually helped me out. It was a day of frustrations and tears, anger, voices and fears. But when it was all said and done and as I sat quietly in a bubble bath, I couldn't help but smile. I knew that whatever I do there is a bright side on both journeys I go. I do plan on having a long discussion with the hubby over all this. He too knows… Continue
