What a day, I finally read a book again that I meant to read a long time
ago. It was a great pleasure to read it.
Right now I have a little pause in my life. Checking how I am doing.
It is nice to let the brain rest and rejuvenate with some reading.
I am in the same time getting ideas on how to make a monologue/a text, even better,
while I am reading other stuff! If I start to do corrections, I will go on for at least two weeks,…Continue

1. Growing up I didn't have any real space…Continue

I've never been one to ask for help or show my vulnerabilities, but I am trying something new and stepping out on faith because I have been led by God to reach out in this way. I trust that God will not fail me.
My daughter was kidnapped from me, her primary caretaker for 3 years by her estranged father last year under the guise of a visit and brought to California and hidden from me for 7 months. I gave up everything, my house, my job, all of my savings, most of…

Been M.I.A. from documenting this journey BUT I haven't strayed from my practices. Been going with the flow and staying in a genuinely happy mindset. Once I really made "feeling good" my #1 priority things have changed. I've done some great shopping! I've traveled on a romantic getaway, visited family, wrote…Continue

I haven't had the opportunity to continue Lynn Woodland yet, instead I have been focusing on the exercises from her book I learned so far.
Let's just say that life is giving me interventions. Up until now: everytime last year I have decided to change my lifestyle (foodwise), my ankle twisted and left me unable to move my feet for up to two weeks.
Yesterday it happened again. Is it my body's way of showing resistance? I know it sounds just crazy, but it IS a pattern that has…Continue
