Short and sweet today but I'm on track, making progress and feeling super focused.
I filled 2 spots on the coaching program I launched yesterday so we're off to a flyer :-)

Our poor nanny has been off sick for over two weeks now which means that I have been spending a lot more time at home with the kids. At the beginning it was hard but we are finding more and more a more settled way to be together for so much time. And we are all loving having so much time together!

allllllrighhhht i'm back here for a new challenge. i've been weaving through life this past year going through some crazy changes and i want to take the reins on my life again. here are my intention / goals for season 18:
these are primarily habit-forming goals, so I will be pretty much focusing on the Rule of 5: Five daily actions to forward your goal and listing 5 daily successes I've enjoyed:

So I'm checking in here on CCOR, but also I've been checking in with myself throughout the day as a means of being aware of what I'm focussing on and redirecting that focus if I'm wasting time with negative thought patterns or just passing time online but not actually being productive. Life is magical! I mean it! Really allowing yourself to find gratitude in any situation changes things. Pay attention to your feelings AS SOON as you notice your feeling anything other than POSITIVE, change right then and there. Think of whatever you can think of to get in a positive state of mind. So my last post was six days ago. I was intentionally missing the weekend because I had plans with family and knew I wouldn't be online. But the weekend slid into mid-week and I feel like I'm manifesting exactly what I had intended to overcome. Hmm. Actually in typing that I see that my approach is wrong. Wow a month almost down and I feel like starting over because I have not been focusing like I wanted too. Partly because I deal with mental health issues but I still have manifested some great things. So, a few days in and I've begun to notice the little things in my day that seem to be pointing me in the right direction. Sometimes I'm hesitant to speak about my projects at home because there is a bit of a feeling that I have to prove myself here. So I've always wanted to be a writer. I write short stories, though I haven't been super productive since moving to Europe a few years ago. Since then I've been mostly journalling, but writing something or other every day.
