This marks my first calendar year on 100days. And I have yet to complete a challenge! It does take me a long time to really adopt new habits and so I have great hopes for 2009. There are many things to be done and changes to be started and completed and I look forward to the discipline of this program and to manifesting good things in my life and surroundings.
Deep peace to… Continue

[ Draft ]I was looking at my goals with an idea to check on my progress and and modify for the next season.
My take on the 100 Day Reality Challenge is that this first run is not a failure but a step. Now I need to figure out where I am and perhaps why I am where I am.
I bet it is related to my motives and how much energy I put into the goal.
So lets start with my health. With my health
on Day One as an index, my progress has been -30%. How much did I put… Continue

I know I haven't blogged in awhile but I have not failed to stop using LoA. I've just been on a very long break, just relaxing and not having a care in the world. This new year is bringing something new out of me. I won't be so passive about things and most of all I'm going to be a little selfish, it's time to start thinking about myself now instead of worrying about others. I haven't got the job at Wendy's yet because honestly I… Continue

I thought I would this post from my other blog.
The New Year is about to start and I see that people all over the net are choosing a word for the year again. Then I got Christine Kane's email article to push me a little further.
So I have chosen Release. My focus this year will be to release all old patterns and blocks that prevent me from truly living an authentic life. I like this word because it resonated with me and I can see it applying to so much in my life. The… Continue

I hope 2009 would be a great year for all! May it just get better and better as every days goes by. This is my first new years eve when I am not partying out and drinking till morning. ;) However, it just feels alright. Its no big a deal I guess. This period of my life has been the first time I have bothered understanding myself. And now when others tell me as to how they can't live alone and how they just get bored if they are living alone, I just smile thanking God for helping me move on from… Continue

On the edge of a new year…
It is time for us to spread our wings
Flying goes effortless if you let the wind do the work
Let’s stand in the wind and stretch our wing-arms
Let the wind dry our tears, shower our grief and evaporate our guild
We have been flying against the wind long enough now
If we surrender the wind will lift us up and carry us
Which wind are you looking for in your life?
Do you want… Continue

I had this 'feeling'. Hey, call me psychic. Yesterday morning as I sat at the computer doing some work, I couldn't help but cry. Sobbing, if you must know the hard facts. And then the thought hit me - "Chuck is in a meeting and losing his job right now".
No call yet.
So I decided to take a shower, sob it all out and get ready for my first appointment at 1:00 p.m. During the shower, I could see the visual in my… Continue

I tend to end each year with a "Thank God that's over! Maybe next year will be better" attitude. It occurs to me that that isn't the most positive way to think. So instead, this year, I am going to concentrate on what went right over the past year, in hopes of bringing in more of the same in 2009. The more I think about it, the more I realize that it really was a good year for me in many respects.
Here's what went right in 2008 (no particular order):
1. I became a… Continue

I am really happy. My niece gave birth to a boy early this morning-Aiden. I am a great aunt now. It is a blessing to end this year with new life and to start the new year off with new beginnings(which is what the new year symbolizes). I too am in the midst of new beginnings in my life.

So I don't know how much I am going to write but I just wanted to share that my wife is A OK! I am so happy. No more cancer and now we can put this last year behind us for good. I know that the world is in turmoil at the moment and everybody is worried about their jobs or the housing market the economy and so on. But when you really get down to the nitty gritty of things you find out what really matters. Family, Friends, Love ones, etc... Nothing else really matters and I am just so happy to… Continue
