Just finished the latest post for 'Growing with my Garden'.
I haven't been able to do any 'real' gardening for over a fortnight now, it's been so wet and rainy in London.
But I have been planting 'seeds' - both in little pots indoors (herbs, and also, seeds for sprouting - and eating!) and also 'seed ideas' for my life, and new… Continue

Bit of an odd post but I felt like sharing this.
This morning I noticed a wasp on the stairs in my hallway, he was staggering around looking unwell. I grabbed a piece of tissue paper and placed it next to him so I would notice it and step round him. A little later he had stopped moving and looked dead.
I decided to move him to a safer spot (presumably) to die. As I gently edged him with tissue onto a piece of card he started to move and grabbed onto the tissue. I reckon it… Continue

It's 20 past midnight and I've just listened to Seena Frost, creator of SoulCollage(R), being interviewed by Anne-Marie Bennett. I listened in live on a kind of conference call (no idea how much the call to the USA cost, but it was worth it)! I had a bit of trouble getting through so didn't hear all of it - but I'll get the recording.
Seena is so inspiring and it was lovely to hear her talk so enthusiastically (after over 20 years I think she said?) about the SoulCollage(R)… Continue

I've not been too great at regularly blogging here. I seem to butterfly around a bit. But the main thing to me is, I keep writing... wherever, whenever .... whether it's for public or private reading, in my journal, or on blogs, I write for the sheer joy of it!
And recently, I decided that I want to write My First Book. A huge step, and a lifelong dream.
But what about?! I've had a few ideas. The best I've come up with so far is to combine all my loves. My love of gardening,… Continue

This is probably one of the most controversial posts I've ever written but for now, I feel the need to voice my thoughts.
Yes, I admit it, I would have been excited if the England team had won the football match today.
But.... I'm not devastated.
I don't particularly like football, which may have something to do with my ambivalence.
Whatever! I'm not letting it spoil my day! I'm not letting it make me feel disappointed or depressed!

Lately I've been totally re-thinking a lot of what I want to do around my work - so many options - I have felt a bit confused!
But listening to an Abraham audio recently I was reminded to 'Get in the Vortex' before doing or deciding anything. Abraham said something along the lines of ...
whatever you need to do, or say, or write, or decide, or create - get in the Vortex first - then act. And then it'll all go swimmingly!
So when I'm feeling confused (or any… Continue

I read an account of someone's NDE today and it really inspired me. I take on board everything Abraham-Hicks says about 'vibration', but this NDE piece (although the full account is lengthy) gave me even more hope and optimism - about how easy and instant it is to create our world. This is one tiny bit from the NDE account. I just wanted to blog it here in case it was of…

I got an email from my friend Michelle this morning, asking me to become a fan of her FaceBook page. Sure thing. Hmm, I wondered, how do
you set up a Facebook Fan
The Universe waves its magic wand... and lo and behold.... This afternoon I'm surfing around someone's blog on a totally different topic and what do I see before me? A You Tube video entitled 'How to create a Facebook Fan or Business Page'! The answer to my question couldn't be clearer than that. How's… Continue

When I first saw (on You Tube) Darryl Anka channelling Bashar I thought "cor blimey he's a bit too 'shouty' and 'loud' for me". I thought "I think I'll stick with Abraham". Then Bashar's name kept cropping up and I thought 'Hmm. Better listen to this Bashar again'. I'm still exploring Bashar but I like what I've heard so far.
Recently I came across an interview Tom Murasso had with Darryl Anka (who channels 'Bashar') Here's the link if you want to listen.… Continue

I simply had to blog about this on all my social networks - including this one!!!
I've just discovered a co-creator called Delores Dagenais - here on the 100 Day Challenge - a really talented singer - am very impressed! I can't believe what a talented bunch of co-creators we have here!
She's as good as any female singer-songwriters I know of - a (brief) matter of time I think before this woman is hugely successful.
She has 5 demo songs on her 100 Day Challenge… Continue

A while ago I dis-engaged the auto play for the music on my page because it made ME jump when I logged on as my music boomed out! So I guessed it did the same to others.
But I've re-instated the auto play and just shifted the songs round so it begins with an easy, kind of chilled tune.
I feel an urge to add some more dance-y ones just because I love moving to them (and I will add some dance-y ones soon) - not because the words are particularly meaningful, just because I… Continue

I saw a very interesting blog by trancendenta l e e: 'What will it take for more of me to show up".
It reminded me of another question to ask yourself that I've recently discovered (tho it starts as more of a statement). You ask it about any area of your life. This 'question' or statement (from a book by Kendall Summerhawk) begins..
"The truth is....."
You fill in the blank on any topic that concerns you in your life.
This is between you and… Continue

I was writing in my journal this morning - thinking that I sometimes spend more time writing on my social networking sites than I do in my journal (maybe I can combine the two somehow?!)
Anyway, I was trying to create some affirmations and new beliefs - ones I would love to be true for me.
I came up with a few but didn't feel very inspired.
Then I had an idea about turning a negative thought into a positive one - easy to do, as you just reverse it. So then, even… Continue

I just stopped by my own Page to listen to the music I chose. I came upon one by Leonard Cohen.
Now, I know many people think he is depressing, but I don't!
Yes, some of his songs sound a bit 'languid', but his lyrics ARE sheer poetry. (He IS a poet, so, not surprising!)
He speaks to my soul.
So! You may not appreciate Leonard Cohen's music or voice, but you have to appreciate his 'poetry' (which is after all one of the languages of the… Continue

I've just been looking for some 'pretend' one million pound notes in my filing cabinet drawer (as you do...) and instead found an unopened packet of cos lettuce seeds!
I don't remember 'filing' them there, and can think of no good reason why I would. But there they were.
Then I remembered recently, down at my allotment, using the last of the cos lettuce seeds and wishing I had some more because it's one of my favourite lettuces. I remembered also, really appreciating it as… Continue

I'm going through all the videos stored on my camera trying to decide which to delete, which to save and which to show. I keep making videos and then deciding not to post them for one reason or another. Sometimes I think they're too boring, or I'm waffling, or umm-ing and ahhi-ng too much. Sometimes what I've said is out of date, or I've moved on, because I didn't put it on the site straight away.
I wonder why I'm so reluctant and 'picky' about which videos to show? I guess it's… Continue

I've just dismantled the automatic play of the music on my page. Mainly because it makes me jump - the way it suddenly pipes up!
I probably need something soothing then it would be less 'jumpy making'. So, much as I adore music, at the moment, I shall leave it up to the visitors to my page whether they listen to it or not.
Am off to enjoy the sunshine now and do some weeding at planting at my allotment - and visit a cat - oh joy!

Hmm..I was listening to the songs I have on 'my page' on this site and thinking hmm... would people who are longing for a soul mate be adversely affected by those songs. Would they think, but I don't have the soul mate I yearn for. And I thought - but those songs could also be about loving yourself. Those songs are songs in praise and wonder and love of yourself. Like the Maxwell one who sings "Surely now, realise, you're the highest of the high, if you don't know then I'll say it, so don't… Continue

I'm waiting for a couple of videos I made to upload. Seems to be taking ages. I surprised myself by breaking down in tears in the videos. It's because I thought of and was talking about people I loved and who loved me, and about losing and missing people I love, and about telling the people you love that you love them. Anyway, there's a bit about it in the videos. I hope it helps or resonates with anyone who's lost someone they love.

I wanted to embed this as a video but at the moment You Tube have disabled all embed codes for Susan Boyle.
But here's the link
I've just tried the link and it doesn't bring up the video I'm talking about! If you're feeling tenacious you could always search You Tube for "Susan Boyle - singer -… Continue
