Season 8 Day 8 (Living In Joy!)

I'm thankful for this sunny Monday morning! It's pretty cold out this morning but the sun is out so I'm happy about that. Today I will listen to some positive music to keep me my positive vibrations up. I will make it a point to enjoy being in the now. Have a wonderful day everyone!

I'm having a good morning! I listened to a positive cd this morning. My intention today is to stay in a upbeat mood and enjoy being in the moment.

Season 8 Day 1 (Living In Joy!)

I haven't been to this site in awhile. I'm very happy to start a new season. My intention is to be more joyful and live more in the moment. This morning I'm thankful for the almonds I had for breakfast. I listened to my subliminal message cd. I will be listening to more positive books on cd's and music. I feel good this morning. It's raining outside and chilly but I'm thankful for this Monday morning. My goal is to be joyful as much as I can throughout the day.
