Since starting my 100 day challenge , I am quite amazed with how well I am doing and how focused I am when it comes to eating healthy and exercising. I have come to the conclusion though, that I have way to many goals for my first 100 day challenge and it has become a little overwhelming. Exercise has always been a tough one for me. I know in order to be fit and healthy exercising is a must. Yesterday I started my morning with an amazing yoga class. I felt so energised after it. It felt like I was tapping back into the source with each breath I took. Today I started the cool runnings programme.
