I am starting the 100 day process today. I am journaling, doing a vision board, working out, being in gratitude everyday, and meditation. I am excited. This is a great idea!

I strongly recommend to practice Dream Yoga or its more recently explored form: Lucid Dreaming. For more info on how this discipline works to help us "Wake up" to reality, go here: http://www.lucidity.com/ I have been practicing for years with great results and, as the form of meditation it is, I am asking you to add it as a pratice for co-creators. Anybody interested in knowing how to get started on this amazing practice can follow the link, buy the literature and begin building an incomparable awareness. If you need any help or have questions i will be very very glad to share my experiences with you.
