As I prepare for March 1st and my first season of the 100-Day Challenge, I'm beginning to brainstorm all the things that are going to help me through my journey. Generally, this means:
Starting good physical habits
-Getting up and going to bed at decent times, developing a steady sleep schedule.
-Investing more time/money in my appearance (actually start wearing nice clothes/doing my hair & makeup more often/investing more in hair, body, and facial products)
-Finding a hobby
-Finding an escape (blogging/keeping a rant journal)
Starting good mental & emotional habits
-Learning that though I may not be able to control THE world, I can certainly control mine before me
-Learning to accept rejection
-Learning to never quit on myself
-Boosting self-esteem and confidence
-Learning to "not give a fuck" about what other people think
-Freeing my thoughts/generally feeling free in my headspace
There'll probably be more (lots more) to add to these lists the more I think about it...but this is what I want out of my first season so far. I'm getting ready for you, March!
