Hi guys - having had a little wander through the blog posts tonight, I decided to write my blog as well as doing the vlogs... This way I can really keep focused on this season's challenge. I am really pleased that it's Day 5 of my challenge and so far I have done my 3 practices EVERY DAY! Amazing - yoga, meditation and my vision video. And every day I have done this by about 3 in the afternoon - because I've trimmed the practices down, I am really focused on getting them done!
And I am still journalling, doing my gratitude journal, reaching for relief, reading inspirational material, channelling, decluttering, getting coached as well. It's nice to take my own advice for a change - make it easy on yourself
