Day 6 | starting 10 Days Master Cleanser

I have started this morning the Master Cleanser ! I bought all my supplies ahead of time: got beautiful California lemons, Cayenne pepper and Organic Maple Syrup. I mixed all this in warm water. This will be my food for the next 10 days!


Not really!! The Master Cleanser has proven track of records and is a great way to fully cleanse my body, flush all the nastiness that can reside in it and start fresh.

As you know i started a group called "eat feel good food" as i believe we can then achieve our natural weight and maintain it. This is my belief that our body knows what it needs. So the Master Cleanser came up so many times since i made that decision within a couple of days, that i decided this was the next step for me. As i was reading the book i realized that it was the *perfect* thing for me to i can then start fresh, and *really* listen to by body natural cravings for the foods it really needs.

The mix itself tastes good. It is not too sweet, not too acid, not too spicy. This was surprising to me as i was expecting something that would taste bad.!!!! The mix gives you all nutriments that you needs for the 10 days cleansing!

I am excited to clean my body and mind and will keep you informed as the journey unfold.

I'm on day 2 now of the cleanse...I don't think I can catch Lilou!!!!
I do it once or twice a year usually at the change of seasons. Lilou inspired me to start it now and I want to inspire her to her finish!

I am on day 6 now. 10 or 12 pounds lighter. It feels really good. i am posting another video update today! check out my page. Also if you search on the site for "master cleanser" and enter that keyword at the top right hand corner of the website, then you will see all info on this site about it including a FREE PDF that Justen has posted about the recipe.

Hi, my husband and I are vegetarians and work out (almost everyday) at the gym. We can't express how much it benefits us to keep healthy with wholesome foods and regular exercise. Keep up the good work!
