The 100 Day Reality Challenge

So, I've kicked the video game habit. Again. And after thinking about what might have caused me to relapse, I've come up with a new plan, one based on raising the vibration and knowing myself better. And taking the time to rest when I need to.

Hi Kevin! I wrote it down, and read it to myself daily to remember:

Today, and every day, I pledge to put my happiness and higher vibration above all other things. Because only by ensuring my own happiness can I contribute to the happiness of others.

To this end, I resolve to do the following activities on a daily basis:

1. Morning mediation, to clear and prepare the mind for the day, to instill a sense of patience, to envision a positive future, or to raise the vibration as necessary.

2. Vibration-raising exercises when walking to and from work, to help maintain a positive outlook and stay in touch with my body.

3. Vibration-raising exercises throughout the day, as required and as work and other priorities allow.

4. To underlie all daily vibration-raising activities with a sense of patience. To remind myself that everything will arrive at the perfect moment and no sooner.

5. To engage in focusing when the body is sending negative signals, to let it know it is heard and to address it before it affects other areas of my life.

In committing to these practices, I ensure the realization of all my wildest dreams. May the wisdom of the universe guide me safely forward. Amen.
