The 100 Day Reality Challenge

It's easy to get stuck running to stand still - I write in 3 blogs, teach half a dozen students to dance, and train with my dance partner and alone, plus work out 3 times a week, just as general maintenance. When I'm done, it's hard to summon the will to keep going, to do something that improves how I do my work, or gets me closer to some personal goal. I felt glad this past weekend that I was able to improve the SEO on some old blog posts, as well as send some dance vids to my students I've been meaning to get out for weeks. The more you lighten your load, the less it can sap energy from your mind and body.
