I had a really rough night's sleep the night before last, and felt pretty grumpy the next morning. Instead of getting to work like I originally wanted to, I frittered the morning away watching Youtube videos. It took spending a bit of time playing outside with the bunny to help me reset and focus, but once it happened, I was back on track! Got a lot of inbound marketing research done for the studio, and made some important progress on my own site as well. Having a difficult start is hard, but it's important to remember I'm not locked into a specific behaviour, no matter how ingrained it is.
