The 100 Day Reality Challenge

its been a while since I have been on this going to give it another try....

these past few weeks have been VERY hard for me. I have really spiraled into a negative mindset. struggling with depression and anxiety everyday. trying desperately to break the cycle. hoping to have support from this community to shift myself out of this negative mood. I know I must first shift my feelings inside before I can manifest anything positive in my life. this has been a real challenge since lately I have felt negative almost every day! right now I am reaching out for some support of the people. I feel like in my life my friends have dissipated (one of the things I would like to attract) and with dwindling support I feel very lonely. so please don't feel shy to say hi! thank you all for taking the time to read this and comment if you wish :)

thanks calm wind. I think the journal is really going to help. and your right. what I really need is a routine and to immerse myself within this community as much as I can. I went and saw my healer yesterday and already I feel so much better :) I thank you so much for taking the time to read my blog and send me good vibes. to you I send some of my new found energy :)

I do both morning and the morning I do a written gratitude journal to get my day started on the right foot. In the evening just before I fall asleep I do a silent gratitude for everything and everyone that came into my life that day.  Yep I even give gratitude for the negative people that come into my life....after all everyone comes along for a reason.  Someone that rubs you the wrong way gives you reason to think about why you react to them the way you do. Keep your chin up you can do this!

Hi there x and welcome back! Its wonderful to have you here. Don't be discouraged...its habit to be in a negative frame of mind, it takes time to break that habit but hey if I can do it anyone can!!! Start by doing a gratitude journal it made the world of difference for me. I keep a private gratitude journal and its is truely wonderful to realize all there is here for us to be greatful for.
