The 100 Day Reality Challenge

I had a great day. I woke up a little bit stressed out and immediately began thinking about Eric and all the blah, blah, blah that goes along with that. But I knew that I ought to change my focus or I would attract more of that into the other areas of my life.

So before even getting out of bed, I got myself back into alignment with what I want and how I want to feel. I got to feeling a lot better and went out to run a few important errand. In the car, I just kept looking for the better thought and it kept getting better from there. Nothing out of the ordinary happened. I ran errands, cleaned the house, drove my kids around a little bit, a friend came over and we chanted for an hour, I made a delicious dinner, went to the gym with my my oldest son ( uphill walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes, then a couple of ab exercises, some lunges, then the steam room)

The difference was that I was really happy and really enjoyed doing the every day things of my life. Great things will happen soon.

Now I am off to that blissful experience that I love so much, sleep.

Sleeping in my cozy bed with my new magnetic eye-mask on my eyes and headphones in my ears to listen to a meditation. Good night!
