The 100 Day Reality Challenge

It is a strange thing, this Co-Creating... The part I struggle with the most is living in the Moment. We are working on creating what we desire to come into our lives, yet we are really all about the NOW. All we have IS NOW.

Anyone who hasn't read Eckhart Tolle's books, should GET THEM NOW. Do not wait another day. I am always reading one of them. I gave one to my Father for Christmas, he says it is changing his life. I find such joy in the notion that we are perfect right where we are, in this perfect moment. That all is as it should be, because "it is." We are. We are who we are, now.

It seems that on the surface this concept is in a conflict with the LOA, When we set intentions we are focusing on what we WANT, what there is a LACK of, rather than being all Zen and "In the moment." But in that is a harmonious dance, I believe. That is where the magic of the LOA really is. When we find the bliss in the now, then we will attract more of the same! When we are grateful for what we have now, we will have more to be grateful for. When we are at peace now, we will have continuting peace. When we are joyful about our circumstances now, that will be our constant vibration. So GETTING, is all about HAVING.

Getting stuff, jobs, relationships, and parking spots is like the icing on the cake. The cake is our attitude. The cake is where we are now. The cake is the substance. We can't live off of the icing (okay, the cake isn't so healthy either, but you know what I mean). Icing is nice, but not always even necessary!

So stopping to smell the flowers, to notice that we have something lovely in our lives already is very important in this journey we call life. If we can't appreciate WHAT IS, then we won't appreciate what we get later. End of.

I have realized today that I've been RESISTING what is. I don't like my brother and mom having this "them and us" thing going on. I don't like being 45 minutes away from my Grandmother who needs me right now. I don't like LOADS of things about my situation. So I am resisting those things. And let's all say it together now: "What you resist, persists!"

So today I am looking to drop the resistance, to BE WITH the way things are. I can still ASK the Universe for "This or That, or Something Better." I can and will keep on Co-Creating! I am just going to savor the moments I have got, bless myself today, be with what IS. That is what has been missing.

WOW! You have SERIOUSLY got to write a book one day. Your words are just amazing every single time. You have a brilliant mind girl! You hit the hammer on the nail there for real! I love Eckhart, he is one amazing being isn't he? I love his books and his conferences on youtube...I love to listen to him talk more than reading his books at times. He is amazing.

More amazingly thoughtful comments everyone, thanks so much!

Martta, you are so right when you say "If I don't see the how yet. Just be where you are, and let the moments lead you forward." Isn't it funny that it is so easy, yet so hard at the same time??? I am so happy for you, being back in the flow. It comes and goes, but we get there in the end if we stay open to it. :)

Thanks Melissa and Mascha for your kind words. I am a lucky lady to have met people like you, too. My life is enriched by this group and by the kindnesses shared here. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Veronike, here is an odd thought, but maybe feeling good in the now, even if it is ABOUT our past, will create those feelings again and new positive circumstances, too. So maybe the trick is for us to love the past but not live in it. Hmmmmm.... got me thinking....

MelanieAnn! I love A New Earth, and I love that meditation does come easy when we realize that it is actually allowing Stillness. It isn't doing anything, it is the absence of Doing. Funny, as doing nothing is the hardest thing for us humans! Not that I've been meditating lately, but I do grab little still moments here and there. The Raw food quest is coming along, slowly but surely. Do you have decent grocery stores over there? I use frozen berries in smoothies when fresh aren't around, there is some okay stuff in the grocery store if you look.

And the last thing, the funny thing, is that I am re-reading my post and realized that I'm not fully allowing what IS today, espcially with my Birthday looming tomorrow. I have been feeling a little sad that it will be a small deal, rather than a big deal. But...there may not be a big fuss made by my friends and family tomorrow, but I am intent on enjoying whatever shape it takes.
Thanks ladies!!!

Nice work. I have been reading A New Earth this past month. I spend A LOT of time observing mySELF lately. More time meditating- for the first time i realise how easy it is. I suppose recognizing the voice that is ceaseless- as something other than my higher self, my awareness is helpful. I am excited for you to be doing the raw food work. how's it going? i'll check out your site. you are lucky to be in the valley where access to raw is much more abundant year round than it is over the mountain here.
take care. many blessings!

Right there with you Clarissa!
I am learning to allow, yet again, I am letting go of the things that I have created to persist in my life. Mostly they are things that I create in my head, limited beliefs on what is possible and what isn't. Things that I say are in my life because there aren't any other way. So today I am saying to myself, that it doesn't mean it's not possible, If I don't see the how yet. Just be where you are, and let the moments lead you forward. Add love and light and go with the flow. I found that place again yesterday after weeks of struggling. And it is amazing and it feels so good and it is familiar to me, I know how to have that, and I am there, so I am really enjoying it, right now. I even promised myself, that I am not going to worry about how long this feeling will last, I am in it and that is all there is to it. :)
I love your writings and videos, I like the way they lead the path for others as well. I thank you for sharing them!

Hi ladies,
I do have that Wayne D. book, for some reason it hasn't resonated with me. I will try reading it again. I loved his film, love listening to him speak, but not his books so much. How odd is that?

I think that the Gratitude practice helps with the LOA so well because it is putting us in that mode of Positivity right now. And then we get more joy. I guess the Intentions just help the Universe to choose how to bring us more happiness. It's when I do my practices that I get so much out of this challenge. But then I have to feel like doing them, so that is the catch! When I feel like doing them is usually when I am already in that place of momentum! Ah well.... :)

Great post Clarissa, I too struggle living in the now. For instance today I am fighting depression so I really don't want to focus on that but perhaps if I were truly with the depression I would get over it quicker. I am not really sure about that one. Right now we are getting some sunshine so I choose to enjoy that moment.

Hi Clarissa, I think I'll soon have to get myself a copy of Wayne Dyer's books :) have heard so much about his books. Hopefully they are not a dry read if you know what I mean ;)
Well I need to practice that living in the moment. have a long way to go

Great aha moments Clarissa! Have you read Wayne Dyer's book Change Your Thoughts , Change Your Life. It's all about living in the now and being present with what is.I would like to live in that space more often than I actually do. Love Gramma Shirah
