Yoga Class 2 and 3:
2 was horrible and I probably only lasted 1/2 of the poses
3 was amazing and went deeper into some of the poses than I ever have
Eating habits (what I ate):
I forgot. :-)
Sleep habits (# of Hours and if it was good):
after class 2 slept wonderfully and felt good the next day
after class 3 slept very well but did not feel rested in the morning
Focusing ability:
Improved but still dwindles as the day goes on
Feeling of Body:
Leg soreness has gone, back is a little sore but I feel good. Walking up the hill from class was easier than it has been.
Happiness level (if it can increase anymore than it is) :-)
Ridiculous
Weight:
I weighed myself Sat morning and weighed 210 lbs. Down 8 lbs!!!! I was wearing clothes before but I'm not gonna count that. :-D
Em helped me gather some thoughts about my book and it seems more manageable now. It seems a little easy the more I think about it. I should be writing and gathering info this week.
I'm learning more and more about giving and am starting a giving challenge today to get more in that vibrational alignment.
