The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Michelle Zack

D14S1 Weekly Progress, Chinese food and a slight setback.

Goals for the 100 Days:
1) Quadruple my income from my website.
2) Create 400 new pages of content on my website.
3) Get pregnant
4) Complete a free ebook on freezer cooking to promote my website
5) Make 50 videos on freezer cooking
6) Lose a pant size
7) Try one new recipe per week
8) Complete Nanowrimo this November (50,000 word in a month) but I'll be writing for my site not writing a novel.
9) Make measureable progress on my Immigration to Canada- I'm not really sure what to expect in just 94 more days but I'll see where this one takes me.

I haven't really improved my income but I did lower my costs for my site so technically my profit went up. With another 86 days I can still do a lot better.

My webhost integrated a product when I can have other people add pages to my site and I finally got that all set up. Also wrote, edited and published four new pages and wrote a ton more.

My first video is now on youtube. It was easier technically speaking than I expected but I was a lot more nervous than I thought I'd be too. Still the first one is always the hardest right.

Chinese Food
Hubby just got back from a two week work trip and I told him I want to try some Chinese recipes. He decided that he wants to do two solid weeks of only Chinese food for dinner. Uumm Ok. So I'll have tried 14 new recipes which kinda sorta meets my goal. Only problem is he doesn't measure anything so we'll have to make them again before I can use them on my site.

A huge plus to the Chinese food is it's low in dairy and gluten. I realized it was high in veg but didn't realize exactly how healthy it was until we started shopping for and cooking it.

I've been working out daily with some yoga and resistance bands, add that to the change in diet and green tea daily and I'm feeling quite healthy.

Slight Setback
I'm a bit behind on nano, only about 5,000 words in and I still haven't heard back from the woman who was supposed to be helping me with this. I want to email and ask her what's happening but I'm not sure how to do it without sounding too pushy. :/

Also my cat is not doing so well. He's got some sore on his neck and keeps scratching making it worse. We went yesterday to get something to help him but we can't get any anti itch cream, neck cone or anything like that and every vet is closed until Monday, when hubby works and we only have one car. I've kept his nails sort, shaved the hair in the area and tied a bandanna around his neck hoping to stop him from scratching.

This weeks goals:
Catch up on Nano
Make two new videos
Enjoy the Chinese flavors
Get my kitty better
