Today was a rather quiet day to start off my 100 days, a lazy Sunday with not much planned.
Though I was very proud of myself for
a) getting exercise done first thing this morning (want to lose 10kg during my 100 days, plus run a 10km race in November)
b) spending a couple of hours spring cleaning, opening all the windows and airing out the apartment (who doesn't love a clean and fresh home)
c) reading through my copy of "Ask and it is Given" to get myself in the best position for the coming 100 days of creating my reality. I've had it for a couple of years, but never spent the time going through all the different processes the book outlines.
Has anyone out there had any success? Which of the processes is your favourite/or did you find most useful/successful?
In the past I think my biggest block to attracting what I want is the doubt and fear that crops up when you really think about what you want. I've using EFT to try and release those fears.
The other thing I'm looking forward to working on is being more present and living in the moment. I watched a great TED talk the other day... where they talk about how people who are more mindful and living in the here and now are happier than people who allow there minds to wander as they go about their daily business.
