Hey everyone,
Just had a bit of a mini revelation which will serve me well for this season .. and that is to not try and do too much. I work 9 to 5 in a very ego driven environment and it would be pretty hard if not impossible to concentrate on my goals whilst at work (although I did get a bit of writing done during my lunch break). I think I just need to use my spare time outside of work to work on whatever goals I can. I've set myself a few intentions and there's no guarantee that I will be able to follow through on all of them, and certainly not at the same time.
So tonight, the plan is to do a bit of book writing. I may also try and record a video of me playing the saxophone, which would be a bit of fun, but I don't know how doable that is yet for various reasons.
And there is definitely time tonight to connect with my heart and listen to what it is saying. I am starting Deepak Chopra's 21 Day Meditation challenge on the 5th November which I think will be helpful. I am a bit indisciplined when it comes to things like meditation and EFT, so to do that challenge will I think be helpful.
