The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Day 1 - Season 5 - Full of Energy, Abundance & More

Feeling super proud of myself today. Not only was it day 1 of this challenge but it was day 1 of the Nanowrimo write a novel in a month challenge.

I am surprising myself so much right now.

This morning I got up at 6.30am, did Pilates first thing, had my breakfast, checked my emails and then started my first ever novel. I feel so excited! And when the doubts and 'not enough' thoughts appear I remind myself of a quote I read in a book that said a good writer is one who has the courage to write badly, and this is a great motivational message. I remember Julia Cameron of the Artists way saying something similar.

So, I wrote 1717 words today, did my daily EFT session, meditated, listened to my Spanish CD to learn Spanish, danced and had some lovely abundance come in from my hobby of entering competitions.

I feel really really blessed and full of energy. My mindset has changed so much and with changing my daily routine, becoming more self-disciplined I feel much more my true self. I have also been taking the vitamin Niacinamide (B3) for over a week now for anxiety and with the combination of changes it appears to be supporting me too.

So day 1. WOW!

Hope you are all doing well on your personal challenges.

Much love

Kelly x

Hi Mona, so true, yes, I was listening to a Brad Yates video on sharing our gifts and talents about how we must get off our butts and do it. This is just the beginning for me, not sure if the book will be published, its kinda like a trial by fire LMAO! I am practising flow. The Nanowrimo really has made me disciplined, its like having a teacher watching over my shoulder but instead of 1 1000s LOL  Look forward to hearing all about your starting your book too. Good luck!

Wow! Beautifully stated... I guess I vibe with you when you feel like you would like to achieve something, and not to say that I haven't achieved huge milestones as I'm sure you have too; but there is this itch and from reading your advice to me, I can see you have it too! I'm pretty sure that when we are not living what we were made for, then everything else feels minuscule because our higher-selves knows there's also another gift we need to share with the world... Thank you for sharing your journey and what's working for you. I guess, just like with everything, if writing a book is something we are called to do, then we must just DO IT !!! Ha! It always boils down to those 2 words DO IT! Thank you Kelly !!! Can't wait to read your novel ;)  I will look into the book by Meg Files as you suggested... and who knows, I hope to begin my book shortly :)

Good luck with the challenge Sharon, its exciting!

Andy of course positive vibes sending now. And your Mum was a Spanish teacher excellent. I will keep you informed on the Spanish, for sure.

Mona, hellooo... how cool lots of Nanowrimos here. Will have to look into NoWriMoMo. No practice needed, seriously. I write a blog and this is my first novel and I am winging it, no writing plan, no characters pencilled down, totally winging it. I am reminding myself it takes courage to write and so long as the pen is to the pad or the fingers are on the keyboard I am writing. Not writing to be published, just writing and letting it carry me. My motivation is that I had felt such an under-achiever all my life and now feel I want to achieve something, even simply completing a book for me. Motivation is I am sure coming from my daily EFT sessions with Brad Yates he has videos on motivation and procrastination and resistance. So I tap away the resistance daily now. Before I started this novel I never felt any story was in me, so just going with the flow. I thought you had to have an idea before writing but I found you can write about life in a ficional way, so your kinda on a healing journey with writing the book. Its like your unravelling all your shit, issues and resistance as you write. I am reading a book called "Write From Life" by Meg Files she gaves a lot of tips on how to write. For example if you feel stuck picking a word out of the dictionary and including it in your first sentence. I read something last night that was interesting, she said what you need to write is what you most don't want to write or are afraid of writing and write that into your story. Hope this helps xxx

Imp, hello lovely, thanks, great to see you too xxx

Yes, Kelly, the Nanowrimo challenge... but I realized I'm doing the NoWriMoMo :P and the lady I was referring to is Lisa Tener (writing coach). I got her email today to check out her page and be inspired and catch an accountability buddy... I would like to  write a novel one day, but not today :P I feel as though I need to practice writing more with more consistency before I can declare: writing a book! Have you been writing for a long time? How do you stay motivated???

sounds an awesome day. Hey do you fancy send some of your positive vibes around? I like the idea of learning another language, my Mum was a Spanish teacher, not sure if she still is, I have a big love for France so would definitely want to re-learn French at some point, keep us informed how you get on with your Spanish :)

Hi Sophie and big love for your changes and confidence. Yes it can be difficult, for the first time ever I am using EFT consistently to maintain and releasing energy inside me that may be holding me back in anyway, it seems to be supporting me so much. Good luck with your challenge :-)
