I just wondered how many "day 1s" are here on the 100 Day Reality Challenge and how many of those finished Day 100. What is the secret of those who finish and create their reality? Where is the difference to those who drop out - and feel even worse than before to those who cross the finish line happily? I think setting the right goals is crucial. In the past I set goals which in the core where not mine but what I implemented from my family. For example I thought I have to have an university degree - but now I know that it was my Dad who wanted it. Many material wishes where not mine but pressed through magazines into my mind. So setting goals which are truly mine is crucial but not so easy.
I just opened a file on my PC in which I set my goals and created positive affirmations out of them. I printed it out in three diferent sizes and will carry it with me wherever I go. I will read it first time in the morning and last thing in the evening before my prayers.
Today I start a 21 Day detox fast following Dr. Buchinger fasting methods. Just water, vegetable broth and very thin juice. But on this blog I will rather write about the fulfilled goals and mini steps on my way rather than about my plans. I am looking forward to share my story with you and to be your fellow cocreater :) Have a wonderful day!
