Day 10
Another wonderful day! I am truly blessed to be a part of this group and being able to chart my progress!
I began my day with meditation, gratitude and scripting. I have to say that everything I scripted came to be! I took time throughout the day to notice the positive evidences that were showing up for me.
I have to say that previous to this challenge I would focus a lot of my energy and time with my son and on my business and really letting go of the house work and pushing it off. Today I was able to schedule in some bathroom cleaning (which only took me 5 mins!!!!) and then I did a load of laundry and putting it away before I started working on business. This is huge for me. I enjoyed getting the house work done so I could focus on business when my son was napping.
On top of that, I had a wonderful spiritual coaching class today. I was connected to the group and able to share my experiences and also get some more clarity on where I want to go with my business.
This evening, I was able to put together my "Save the Date" postcards to promote my event in January to help people lose weight and raise some money for my niece who is in the hospital.
I also had one person opt into my business website =)
Overall, I was able to accomplish so much today with a feeling of joy and happiness! I am so grateful to be able to create my own experiences! =)
