"I'm stuck in place".
"There's no time for me".
"I'm always late".
"I'm not capable of doing this"/ "I don't have the ability to do this".
Those are the beliefs that I still have in my mind, telling me something which is not true. I just bought it as true. Now, I want to change that. And I felt the change happening. But now it's time to take it to a different level, the level of comitting to it. You see, I've been reading self-help books since I was 11, or even less. I participated in motivational speaking events since I was little, so I know a lot of authors, books and the teachings. But I haven't really committed to persistence and getting up when I fell down. I was the more staying on the ground kind of girl. But now, since I'm here, since I know it, since I believe in it, since I've read so many books and did so many things and thought so many thoughts...Why not?
So here I am, the girl who always hid herself, saying: I COMMIT TO STAY ON TRACK.
I COMMIT TO MAKE PLANS.
I COMMIT TO TRUST MY PLANS AND TRUST MYSELF.
I COMMIT TO STICK TO IT/THEM.
I COMMIT TO TRY AGAIN IF I FAIL.
I COMMIT TO BELIEVE MYSELF AND LOVE MYSELF.
I COMMIT TO STOP CRITICIZING ME AND START LOVING ME AND SAYING GOOD THINGS ABOUT MYSELF.
I COMMIT TO NOT BEING AFRAID OF LOSING THINGS, THE UNIVERSE WILL PROVIDE ME WITH EVERYTHING I NEED, 'TILL I REACH MY GOALS.
I comitt to live.
