It's funny, I just wrote that I was having a bad day but now I feel good. Exercise really helps me feel better. I felt generally calm today, especially after I exercised. It's funny because I don't really know what the reason behind my social anxiety is. I mean...it's hard to figure it out because some days I feel good and others I'm like so panicky. I just know that right now, I need to take care of myself. Tomorrow morning I'm getting up early and exercising 100%. Also using the internet gives me ADD, especially when I flip through social media so fast. It's not good.
So what great things did I manifest today?
1. crystals! I got 3 and they're beautiful and have a great energy.
2. Funny tv shows. I had fun watching tv today. I laughed a lot too.
3. Yoga. I did yoga and felt great after.
4. Food. I bought some food and had a yummy dinner.
5. Calm. I felt pretty calm when I was out in public today. I handled it.
