Just got back from a meetup/workshop thingy - been a tough week but I think the corner is starting to turn now. I had a mini panic about a particular situation today but fortunately I found out that there were some things I weren't aware of which made things easier. So now I can breathe easy again, haha.
I intend to get a bit more writing done in the coming few days. And to email my Mum. Mostly, I keep in touch with family on Facebook or email - I hardly ever use my phone at the moment, although that should change when I replace the awful Android phone I've had to put up with.
Feeling a bit better tonight though than I have done for probably the last 7 days.
thanks lovely, hugs back at you xx
Ah I had a bit of an issue with Skype and uninstalled it .. and my computer is now not driving me round the bend so much!
If it wasn't for Facebook, I would have forgotten what half my family looks like, we're all so spread out!
Skype rocks too. Got Mom and Dad (70+) on to it after us kids and my sister's kids were already (grown up and) on the system, and it's been used to have Christmas morning together, and my sister even has "family pictures" where two of the attendees are on Skype and everyone's gathered around the monitor!!
Oh, the wonders of the internet.
Greetings from Canada, I just got going today and saw that you've been writing regularly since the start of the month. Awesome!
I'm glad to see some of the weight you've been experiencing has been lifted, great to see things starting to look up!
I have a similar problem with talking to my parents - I always tend to e-mail them although I know they would probably appreciate skype sessions more because they always light up when they see me... need to get over my skype aversion :)
I wish you an even ligther and brighter day tomorrow!
