Day 15 - Starting 2nd week

This morning I woke up with pain on my solar plexus. Like this was the night. My body refused to eat and drink something. Hours later I meditated with a guided meditation of self healing and it´s working slowly.

Minute by minute I let go negative feelings, which are stucked in my center. Today is a fresh day and I´m listening to my body, what do she needs right now?

Again I dragged one angel card and it says: Angel Raphael shows me the right steps for receiving health. Just let go the fears.

I´m packing them nice and neatly into a box, close it very well and put them away.
