The 100 Day Reality Challenge

So it's been a while since I posted last. I have been doing my gratitude journal. I'm finding it helps me with being thankful for what's been happening in my day. I seem to be wanting to clean more and get rid of things basically having a spring clean of everything in my life. I am struggling incorporating mediation into my life though it's something I do want to try to do. I have found that there are things popping up when it comes to building up my confidence, I have books on my kindle that people have recommend to me and some are waiting to on my wish list till I get paid. It seem's to me the last 28 days have been prep work for the things to come into my life.

Hi, for info there is a great site for meditation, audiodharma.com

They offer an on line introduction course, six weeks, which I have done and have found it really helpful to make that leap to make meditation a part of everyday life.

If you get time I would love to hear which books have most influenced you. Thx

Nice!  Every time I get that "spring cleaning" urge it for sure means that something is coming and I need to prep.  Excited for you!
