I had a good journey in - the train was delayed - and so that meant that I spent more time with my lovely partner on the way to work.
I had a lovely walk across the park in the morning. That was nice.
I had a good day at work. I was able to get plenty of things done. I am feeling a bit more positive about things there. It is getting better.
I ate healthily today. That was really good. I had three bananas. Egg sandwiches and some wasabi peas. Lets not mention the two bags of crisps... and the glass of red wine...
... because that is offset by the 3 mile run that i did this evening. Thats good. I want to run more during the week - and not just at the weekends.
I also picked some lovely salad leaves from the garden for a chicken wrap tomorrow. Looking forward to that!
