I got a great email today about manifesting. It was about the troubles we face in manifesting what we want. One of them was not enough time. It said that we all have time, we just choose not to have time for the things we say we want. This hits the nail right on the head. I always complain that things aren't happening or that I get sidetracked. But really I am just not putting in the time. Whenever I do put in the time and effort things happen. I happen. My life the way I want it to go happens. I am the biggest culprit of this. I am always worried about not enough time or not getting something done that I actually make that very thing happen. I have put too much time in thinking negatively about things that it ultimately happens. I need to realize my mistakes and not have them reoccur. I will make time for the things that I find important. I know that the time is there, I just have to want it. I have to do it. I have to believe in getting it done.
This blogging is one of the places I find myself faulting with the not enough time. I always make that excuse, and then I fall behind on all of my manifesting and wants. I always say tomorrow when really I just need to take 10 minutes and do it. These ten minutes would be filled with me worrying about not doing and more time will be wasted. I want to be capable of realizing this action daily and giving myself the time for my goals. I am making a conscience decision to make the time I need and give it to my goals and wants. I will appreciate the time and spend it well. I will value my time because not everything is worthy of it. I want to really realize that. I know that half of my days are spent on things that are not worthy of my time or effort. But out of habit and insecurities I give and give and give time to things that I necessarily don't want to or need to do. My time is precious and I am claiming it.
So today my lesson is simple. Time is valuable and I should value mine. People will appreciate my time if I appreciate it. Things this simple are where I need to improve so that I can have the life I know I can have and envision. The simple things are really where it makes the difference.
Today I am giving time for my health.
Today I am giving time to manifesting

Today I am giving time to reflect
