Day 37 - Past life regression, birthday weekend

Not sure whether I've got my day numbers mixed up but today is definitely Day 37. Been out and have only just got back home so I'll squeeze this entry in whilst I wait for my tea. 

Today was a better day, Friday is always the busiest work day but that can mean I get more focused, and I did quite well. Tonight I went to a meditation where we got taken back into two of our past lives - I have never done this kind of thing before, and it was really. 

The first life I was shown was as a man and I had a picture of beer barrels, quite an oppressive environment, didn't see many people or get out much, maybe I was a servant/slave. 

Second one was as a woman who was very happy until getting into an abusive relationship. 

Very interesting and might explain some of the blocks I have had in my current life. More might be revealed in the coming days, who knows .... 

Anyway everyone knows it's Christmas soon, and having a birthday in December is a bit strange. My birthday is on the Sunday but I'm doing most of my celebrations tomorrow, am heading north to the famous city of Durham, not been there for years, for some reason have not been there since I moved north, it's a lovely place and I'm looking forward to it. I have a friend who lives in nearby Sunderland so I am hopefully meeting up with him at some point. Once I return to Otley, I am then going out for a meal with my two ex-housemates and then out for a few drinks. I don't drink alcohol but it should hopefully still be a fun night. 

So this weekend should be fun xx
