Hello beautiful co creators and friends.
Starting the day with meditation and exercise. I have my little daughter at home as she wasn't very well, but I feel so grateful for her being here as her company is revitalizing.
My intention is to finish shorting out a particular business need today, have a great time with the kids in the evening and maintain a healthy nutritious diet with my family . One step at a time, as I stumble quite often one multitask lists of to do things.
My desire is on training myself on doing small changes again and again to change old patterns of behaviour which don't express me anymore. My intention is daily meditation and exercise to be a daily habit, a necessity for me and when I focus on a task to have it finished before moving to the next one.
