This challenge for me is about focusing on myself. It sounds selfish which we all need to be but i often put others before myself in my daily life.
I do have 'big' goals for this challenge but specifically i want to be ok with where i am at 'now'. I think it's important to make peace with 'now' to be able to move on to manifest your other desires.
I purchased a new webcam last week so hopefully i should have a couple of videos up this season.
The 30 day fitness challenge is starting tomorrow June 1st , I took part in the last 100 day fitness challenge and really enjoyed the support from the community over a facebook.
How am i enjoying the small milestones?
Being happy with the smallest improvement even if that's in my attitude / emotions or with my new ventures.
For example i recently started a page for www.joycreatelive.com
on facebook and everyday since i started 1 person has 'become a fan /like' the page. Its small only 1 person, but i feel as happy as if it was 50 people a day.
