Hello everyone! How's it going? I awoke at 8:00AM I`m doing much better since yesterday. I have decided not to take classes at PCC because it doesn't feel right to me. I'm sure Allah will guide me to finding classes else where.

Thanks to everyone who commented on my last post, I need to stop over obsessing with my goals/dreams. I'm still young all I need to focus on is my schoolwork and having fun with my family and serving my community through Volunteering. Don't you agree? From now on I will analyze what makes me angry.sad.afraid etc and instead of PUSHING it away I will examine it, understand it and replace it with a meaningful happy joyful thought. I will start journaling or in my case saying out loud or in my mind what I am grateful for and thanking Allah for all I have, Letting go seems to be important so when I want something instead of becoming obsessed I will just ask and let it go...
If anyone has a list of Positive Affirmations,sites,videos anything that can make me become more positive and grateful for what I already have. That would be awesome =)
