The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Isnt it typical, when we plan, that we will do some work, and that we need some alone time, that that is the time when suddenly a lot of people call us or want something from us...
anyway I SUCCESSFULLY told people off,saying that I had a lot of work, but that I will help them in a week. that action in itself was for me a VICTORY, because I have until now always been spontanious and very quickly said yes and been there for them and talking to them and getting quite absorbed by their situations...that actually distracted me from my work and from my goals. (and i am talking about non-urgent situations of course! sometimes someone needs us urgently..which is of course another thing).
I am now truly happy that I told them off or put aside their needs for once, because month of May is for me very busy, and I am happy to say that today I did and acomplished a LOT of work. I am writing a script for a TV-documentary and all facts have to of course be checked and correctly be written down, it all came together today, I totally saw how I will bring it all together, which I wouldnt if I would cave in to all people that wants something from me!! Great lesson here for me!! I am happy that I have found a way to still be available to my friends, but not always when they want to....it s acutally impossible!

so, to another topic. I have ditched rice, pasta and bread and guess who has lost weight? I finally see some results. First I only got rid of red meat, that wasnt enough, so now I am used to not eating "the whites".

SOON DAY 100!
What I have seen and realised so far:

KNOW MYSELF!
(know where our boundaries are, where do we need to draw the line,
what food to eat in order to be healthy, and so I can do a good amount of work everyday,
know what pisses me off, and avoid such people if they dont get the hint)

WRITE THINGS DOWN WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE!
(it prevents me from worrying that I will forget something, or worrying "o, I have so much to do", if I
write it down, then it s there, I will do it and it eliminates stress, and I can just draw a line over it when its done,
and it s easier to then see what is left to do, simple and makes my heart sing)

LIVE HERE AND NOW!
(my social life is so much better now, when i at theatre premieres just let things happen with all the people around me,
and I had so much fun at the last premeiere and I was partying till 03.00! I also have noticed that people like me so much more
when I just let things happen, before, they were almost ignoring me or were short, now people are like so happy to see me...
another thing: I am not all the time out there, I just go 3-5 times every year... ;) )
