On my day ten, I can see how the "Gratitude Journal" helps me. It makes me sleep in a good mood, always thinking about good things and greatful for what I have! Normally I was on a hurry to go to bed and sleep but now I just aprecciate the moment to be greatful!
So, thank you for the person who invented the Gratitude Journal and thank you for web pages that taught how to make a gratitude journal!!
