I am recovering from the 2+ week flu-go-round and I have finally gotten some energy back. I owe it in part to the kind words and valuable thoughts that so many of you have sent my way. Big hugs!!!
I am feeling renewed, I have a new sense of purpose, some new project ideas that are exciting (which came to me while feeling ill), and have found some acceptance of situations that have been hard for me. With my Grandmother so sick and so much stress in our family at the moment I had been looking for ways to CONTROL other things in my life. Only natural, I suppose. So I've been letting some of those situations go, and it's really been great. So now it's a new day and I am feeling stronger.

It has several good tips on eating veggies, kind of no-brainers but yet I really needed to read them! No matter how healthy we are asking to be right now, I think this is worth reading. I believe that raw fruits and veg have amazing, live energy, something we could all use more of. And cooking them is okay with me, too. :)
I am asking each day for the Universe to align me with ideas and practices that I can use for my own health journey. I've become overwhelmed with the knowledge I've been gaining and just need to "do" now. Things are arriving every day!
