The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Exercise has always been a tough one for me. I know in order to be fit and healthy exercising is a must. Yesterday I started my morning with an amazing yoga class. I felt so energised after it. It felt like I was tapping back into the source with each breath I took. Today I started the cool runnings programme. I was always so negative about running, but with the easy programme to follow, I really enjoyed it. So I have decided to not to call it exercise anymore, as I have something in my brain that does not like that word. Instead, I will say, I'm off to energise myself! I have neglected myself for so long, and now finally thanks to this programme it has triggered something inside me and I am doing things that are making me love myself again.

Hi mona, loved your comment! It's so nice to think that you feel the same way about yoga. For sure, it is a portal to connect deeper with yourself. Enjoy the journey x

Yay...I started running today too....my friend had recommended a book called "run your butt off...0-10k in 12 weeks...." or as slow as you want to take it...I just wasn't motivated to get on with the book's suggestion but today I started on it. First week was walking 30mins...I had been on first week for a couple of weeks but today I progressed to week 2 ....walk 4mins and run 1 min. Idea is to slowly build up to running...at your own pace...I like that.

I think you're right about calling it "Energise yourself".

I have stopped calling it exercise too....I do it for FUN. If it makes me happy I do it. So far so good.

Keep it up.

can totally relate to this!  I just started Yoga this past Saturday and boy oh boy did I get a butt whooping from the teacher... it's all about coming back to center, to self, to align with the source of YOU and learning to LOVE you for YOU !!! thnx for sharing :)
