I think the stress is finally catching up with me. I have felt really anxious over the past 2 days. I feel like there is a weight on my chest making it a little hard to breathe. I also feel like I have heartburn. And on top of that I am fighting an eye irritation, congestion, and a gassy stomach. I had trouble sleeping last night. I think my body is saying "YOU HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF ME!" So I am going to promise myself to meditate every night for the next week. I am also going to take a yoga class this weekend. I am always stressed but not usually anxious. It is a little scary to feel vulnerable like this. I hope I can turn it around. Does anyone have any suggestions?
