I have been working out pretty hard and eating well again, feeling better and stronger every day. Up until a few years ago, a combination of my lifestyle and natural disposition kept me extremely strong. Feeling capable of physical tasks was my second nature so even as a female, a long hike, a move, long hours of painting, you name it, I could pull it off. Well I went off track for a couple of years and for a while had lost strength and energy. It has been worth the fight to get it back. I am stronger there is no doubt. Did I mention here that I climbed Old Rag Mountain a couple of weeks ago? Yes, I did!
My rapid improvements in that area were due to 1) my willingness to take whatever actions necessary 2) my frequent focus on that issue by reading about best exercises, muscle tissue, fat loss, skin health 3) my pure desire to be that and have that. Funny I don't say to myself "Oh no, too much work."
Now I am transferring that howtoedness to the other areas that I am currently transforming. To my financial health. It is very exciting to imagine what could happen if I really focus on that for a while. What if I put that much energy into that area and my life transformed quickly? What if really three months down the road I could see visible evidence of this shift in my life? This could be fun!
